 • Orders are processed and shipped out within TWO business days, on week days only.

• National Holidays are observed. While orders may be processed on said day, orders will only go out the next business day due to closure of courier facilities.

• Tracking details will be emailed to you once orders are dispatched.

• If you have not received the tracking email after TWO business days, please get in touch with us directly via email.

We are shipping out of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (GMT +8)

West Malaysia: 1-3 Working Days

East Malaysia: 3-5 days Working Days

Singapore: 3-6 days± Working Days , Next Day Delivery (Before 12pm)

RETURN POLICY & REFUNDS

All sales are final as our goods are small batch and may not have a replacement in another size. No refunds on delivered orders. Please ensure you have made the correct order prior to payment.
